Orcas Food Co-op opened in 2014 and now has over 2,000 member-owners. Orcas Food Co-op aims to provide equitable and affordable access to high quality, local and organic foods that support diverse nutritional needs. We prioritize local, regenerative and organic products, minimal packaging, and providing options for a wide variety of dietary preferences including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan. All our produce is organically grown, with many options from local farmers.
The co-op reopened the historic The Olga Store in 2024 and is stocked with over 500 popular grocery items, with the same prices as our Eastsound location, and including over 60 items on Co+op Deals currently - dairy, produce, frozen items, dry/packaged goods, juice/soda/kombucha, beer and wine, household supplies, merchandise, soft serve ice cream and more! Salads and other items from the co-op deli will be made fresh and delivered to the Olga Store.
